How to Reset the Service Light on a Mercedes C-Class

To reset the service light on a Mercedes C-Class, get in the vehicle and turn on the ignition without starting the engine. Use the buttons on the steering wheel to display the total odometer reading on the central display. Next, press the call answer button and the "OK" button simultaneously for a few seconds until the workshop menu opens. Using the steering wheel controls, enter the "ASSYST PLUS" or maintenance section and select the option related to the service. Then choose the reset option or "Full Service" and confirm the operation by following the instructions shown on the display. Once the reset is complete, turn off and turn on the ignition again to verify that the maintenance light has been cleared correctly.
