How to Reset the Service Light on Mercedes Vehicles

Learn how to reset the service light, indicating an upcoming maintenance, on the Mercedes C-Class W204 without using any professional diagnostic tools, simply by using the standard controls available in the vehicle. With the ignition on, enter the Settings Menu using the directional buttons on the left side of the steering wheel. Select the Assyst Plus and Full Service options. When prompted to confirm the deletion of the reminder, press and hold the Phone and OK buttons for a few seconds. You will see the reset occur, allowing you to turn off the ignition.
