Removing the Fan from Mercedes C-Class, SLK, CLK

Model: Mercedes Classe C W203 - Years 2000-2007

In today's video, you will learn how to remove the cooling fan from a Mercedes C-Class and other models from the German manufacturer. First, open the hood and remove the upper screws from the steel support bar to take it off: then, remove the vehicle's grille. Next, remove the screws from the horn and take it out: disconnect the air intake hose to access the fan connector located underneath. Raise the vehicle and remove the engine cover by disconnecting the hose clamps. At this point, extract the fan from the engine compartment.
