How to Replace the Auxiliary Belt on a Mercedes Sprinter

Replacing the auxiliary belt on a Mercedes Sprinter? Open and lift the front bonnet, identifying where to remove the components. Lift the vehicle with a column lift to access the underside if necessary. Remove the radiator fan assembly if access is too tight (space is limited). Using a spanner, loosen the tensioner pulley and slide the belt off. With a socket wrench, unscrew the tensioner pulley bolt and remove it. Fit the new belt and all associated components. Secure the plastic covers.
