Removing the Fuel Pump from a Mercedes C-Class Fuel Tank

Removing the fuel pump? Remove the fuel pump if damaged. First, open the rear door of the car and remove the rear seat cushions. Unscrew the fastening screws of the cover cap with a socket wrench; remove it from its seat. Disconnect the power connectors and the liquid circulation hoses. Unscrew the nut that secures the pump to the perimeter of its housing. Extract the fuel pump from its seat along with any attached parts. Install a new fuel pump in the tank, screw in the screws, and reconnect all circulation hoses.
