Instructions for Removing the Car Radio

Removing the original car radio requires taking off the entire trim of the center console and tunnel. Start by removing the air vents: use a screwdriver to pry them out further so you can access the mounting screws (two on top and two on the bottom).
Next, detach the trim around the gear shift and the one around the car radio and climate control by removing the ashtray container. At this point, you can access the mounting screws of the car radio and then pull it out from its slot by pulling it forward and disconnecting the corresponding connectors.
