Replace the Key Battery on Mercedes E

Model: Mercedes Classe E W212 - Years 2009-2016

Let's see how to change the battery in the Mercedes E key. Remove the plastic covers to replace the battery. Take your remote key and remove the small key inside using a screwdriver. Open the cover plastics: unlock the back plastic of the key as shown in the video. Extract the worn battery, take a new one of the same size and voltage. Reassemble the plastic of your remote by pressing on the key cover until you hear it click into place. Check the operation of the remote key.
