How to Remove the Steering Wheel from a Mercedes SLK

Before starting, sit in the driver's seat of your Mercedes C-Class. Begin by unscrewing and removing the screws that secure the airbag to the steering wheel. Next, disconnect the airbag electrical connector. Once done, remove it from the steering wheel to access the nut that secures the steering wheel to the steering column. Proceed by unscrewing and removing this nut. At this point, disengage and pull the steering wheel off the steering column. Once you have completed this last step, the removal will be finished.
