Operation: How to replace the button panel of the windows on a Mercedes M-Class

Before we can begin, we will have to go and sit in the driver's seat of our Mercedes M-Class. Let's start by lifting the central armrest, thus opening the lower compartment. After that, we will have to unscrew and remove the two screws that secure the central mini-compartment under the armrest, and then remove the compartment itself. At this point, we will have to remove the gear lever frame, simply by disengaging it. When we have completed this step, we will have to put the gearbox in neutral, and then we will have to disengage the central dashboard, thus reaching the window panel. We then proceed by unscrewing the screws that secure it to the central panel, and then disconnect the relative plugs. Once we have completed this last step, we will be able to remove the panel of the window regulators buttons, and we will have finished the disassembly. To mount the new panel and close everything, all we have to do is repeat these steps in reverse, and we will have finished the replacement.
