Removing the Window Switch Panel on a Mercedes M-Class

How to remove the window switch panel located in the door trim of a Mercedes M-Class? Before starting the disassembly, disconnect the battery terminals located in the engine bay. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the fastening screws located above the door panel. Once all the screws of the switch panel are removed, pry it up and pull it out from the door panel. Disconnect the power cables with a screwdriver, unscrew the switch panel, and disconnect the power terminal. Replace the switch panel with a new one.
