Mercedes Classe M - Video tutorial

Model: Mercedes Classe M W163 - Years 1997-2005
Part: Window lift button
Operation: How to replace the window control panel

The guide shows how to replace the window control panel of our car in case of breakdown or breakage, independently, without spending money on a mechanic. Changing the power window control panel is a much simpler operation than it may seem at first sight. You have to take a small to medium-sized slotted screwdriver, and then slightly pry the corners of the old keypad. In order not to damage the plastic of the car interior, it is a good idea to put a cloth where you pry, or wrap the tip of the screwdriver with the same. The keypad will tend to come off by itself. Once it is disengaged from its housing, it is necessary to disconnect the wire connector simply by pulling it towards yourself.
