How to Remove the Dome Light on the Mercedes E-Class

Model: Mercedes Classe E W210 - Years 1995-2002

To remove the dome light panel on the roof of the Mercedes E-Class, locate the dome light positioned on the roof near the center console. Remove the two small opaque plastic light covers using a flat tool. Then, using the same tool, pry on the rear side of the dome light (the side farthest from the windshield) to release the retention clip. At this point, carefully disconnect the wiring and the corresponding electrical connectors located on the back of the dome light.
