To replace the speakers in a Mercedes A-Class, use a tool to pry off the chrome trim located under the armrest on the door panel. This will allow you to loosen the screws underneath, so that by disconnecting the connectors, you can remove the entire panel.

This will give you access to the speaker, which must be removed by loosening its mounting bolts and disconnecting all connectors. After removal, you can replace it with a new part and reinstall the door panel.
