To replace the speakers in a Mercedes A-Class, loosen the screws that secure the door panel: these screws are located at the handle and along the door armrest. Once all these screws are loosened, you can completely detach the panel by disconnecting all the underlying connectors. At this point, loosen the screws that secure the speaker in its housing and disconnect the power wires: this will allow you to insert the new speaker, connecting and securing it properly.
