Replacing the key battery of a Mercedes GLA

The video shows how to replace the battery in the key of a Mercedes GLA. This is a very simple operation that can be done independently. Move the clip to release the emergency key. Use this to pry open the casing where the battery is located. Remove the battery, type CR 2023, by prying it out with a small knife. Insert the new battery of the same type into its slot, ensuring it is the right way round. Then, reinsert the casing by clicking the catches back into place. Finally, put the emergency key back in place. Check that the key functions correctly.
