How to Replace the License Plate Bulb on a Mercedes-Benz C-Class?

To replace the license plate bulb on a Mercedes-Benz C-Class, loosen the screws located next to the two light assemblies containing the license plate bulbs. Next, open the trunk and unscrew the screws securing the inner panel with the carpet to remove it. This will provide access to the screws holding the light assembly from the inside: at this point, it can be removed and disconnected from the connector, pulling out the bulb inside. After removal, insert the new bulb and reassemble all previously removed parts.
