In this video tutorial, you can see how to replace the pollen filter on a Mercedes C-Class by following a few simple steps: the first thing you need to do is purchase a new pollen filter. Next, get inside the vehicle, turn off the car, and engage the parking brake. You can find the cabin filter inside the vehicle; remove the passenger side mat and take off the side plastic at the footrest, as shown in the video. Once the side plastic is removed, lift the carpet at the footrest. At this point, use a T20 Torx wrench to unscrew the fasteners of the filter box cover. Remove the filter element from its housing and install the new cabin filter following the arrow on the filter itself. Reassemble all parts in reverse order.
