Spark Plug Replacement Instructions

Model: Mercedes Classe E W124 - Years 1984-1995

It is recommended to perform this maintenance with the engine cold. Before starting to remove the spark plugs, blow compressed air into the respective seats to remove any debris that could fall into the cylinders. Then disconnect the boot, unscrew the old spark plug to remove it from the cylinder head, and insert the new one, ensuring it threads correctly before tightening it without exceeding the torque specification (a torque wrench can also be used). Reconnect the boot, and repeat the same procedure for the other spark plugs.
