Replacing the battery in a Mercedes C-Class is a very simple and quick task. First, ensure the key is not in the ignition, then open the hood and remove the plastic cover located on the right side, in front of the windshield. Next, loosen the negative terminal nut with a 10mm wrench, disconnect it, and repeat the process for the positive terminal. Once that is done, unscrew the two bolts of the lower mounting bracket with a 13mm wrench, grasp the battery, and pull it out of the housing. Finally, install the replacement by following the reverse procedure.
