In this brief and simple guide, we will go through the procedure for removing and replacing the fuel pump assembly on a Mercedes-Benz C-Class. First, access the rear of the vehicle and remove the rear seat; then remove the upper cover to access the fuel pump assembly. At this point, use the appropriate tool or a large pliers to unscrew the pump retaining ring; now disconnect the electrical connector for the fuel level sensor and the rubber hoses. Finally, replace and reinstall the fuel pump assembly!
