Instructions for Removing the ABS Sensor

To comfortably carry out this maintenance, it is suggested to remove the front wheel: next to the brake pipe is the speed sensor cable for the ABS, which runs from the wheel hub up to the shock absorber; remove the retaining clip of the connector located just below the wheel arch, near the shock absorber, to disconnect it, free the cable from its various anchors, and remove the plastic bracket on the wheel hub to access the sensor for removal: the retaining pins of the bracket also secure the sensor (avoid allowing dirt to enter the sensor housing).
