In order to replace the backlight bulbs of the climate control controls, you need the special keys to remove the control panel: insert the keys in the special slots with the bevel facing inwards, press them all the way down to release the fixing springs and remove the dashboard; then disconnect the sockets and use needle nose pliers to extract the bulb holder and replace the bulb (T5); then insert the bulb holder again, connect the sockets to make sure the bulb works and hook the dashboard into its seat.
