Replacing the Cabin Air Filter

Model: Mercedes Clk W209, A209, C209 - Years 2002-2010
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter is located in the engine bay on the passenger side, just behind the strut tower; therefore, unclip the metal tabs securing the filter support unit and lift it to access the filter housing; then, remove the old filter and insert the new one, ensuring the correct airflow direction is followed. Reposition the container in its place and reattach the metal tabs. When replacing the cabin air filter, it is recommended to sanitise the cabin using a suitable germicidal spray.
