Mercedes Classe M - Video tutorial

Model: Mercedes Classe M W163 - Years 1997-2005
Part: Bearing
Operation: Replacing the front wheel hub bearing

To replace the front hub bearing, lift the car on the bridge and remove the front wheel, the brake caliper, the disc, the central nut fixing the drive shaft to the hub and extract the drive shaft with a few blows of the hammer (hit the hammer on the nut before removing it completely and not on the thread of the drive shaft); disconnect the head of the steering box tie rod from the hub support with the fork extractor, free the cable glands, the speed sensor; remove the upper and lower suspension wishbone head. Once the hub support has been released, extract the hub and disassemble the bearing by removing the seeger ring and using a press to extract the old bearing and insert the new one; then apply the hub and proceed backwards for reassembly.

How to reset the tire pressure warning light on Dacia Sandero?

Let's see below how it is possible to reset the low tire pressure signal on the car: first of all it is necessary to check the correct tire pressure by comparing it with the pressures reported in the use and maintenance manual. After that, turn on the ignition and locate the command on the right side of the steering wheel at the top that allows you to access the on-board computer menu, then select the car symbol, after which select the "up arrow" command up to that the indication "tire pressure" appears on the display. At that point, press the "Ok" control on the steering wheel and keep it pressed to reset the signal.
