How to Replace the Key Battery of the Mercedes S-Class W222

In this new guide, you will learn how to replace the button battery in the smart key of your Mercedes S-Class W222 (2013-2020). First, locate the button on the bottom of the rear cover. Press it while removing the cover. Next, pull out the battery holder and remove the old dead battery contained within. Once done, insert the new button battery (CR2032) and correctly reposition the battery holder. Reattach the rear cover, and you're finished.
