In this video, we show you how to diagnose a fault in the electronic actuator of the Mercedes Benz C-Class W203. In recent years, the mechanical actuator has been replaced with an electronic one. To identify a potential failure, check the inside of the actuator to examine its condition. To determine the status of the actuator, connect the diagnostic tool to the actuator and start the diagnosis. If the actuator is faulty, the terminal will not show any activity. At this point, examine the new electronic actuator and start the diagnosis again. It will now provide the correct parameters.
