How to replace the starter motor in a Mercedes C-Class Kompressor.

This video tutorial shows how to replace the starter motor in a Mercedes C-Class Kompressor: the first step is to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Next, lift the car using a hydraulic jack or a lift and place safety stands. Remove the scratch guard plastic under the engine (only remove the rear part). Once the protective plastic is removed, you will see the starter motor, so first, disconnect the cables, and then loosen the three fixing bolts (use a socket wrench with an extension). Remove the old starter motor and install the new one, tightening the bolts and then reconnecting the cables (clean the bolts before screwing them in). Be careful with the cables on the positive terminal, as there are two positive cables that can sometimes hide or fall.
