How to Open the Boot of the Mercedes CLK?

The boot of the Mercedes CLK can be opened using the designated button on the car's remote; if the remote is not functioning or its battery is flat, you can unlock the boot using the manual procedure. Simply insert the key into the corresponding lock and turn it counterclockwise to unlock the boot latch actuator. This will allow the boot to be lifted, providing access to the luggage compartment, and to close it again, simply lower the boot.
