How to Replace the License Plate Bulb on a Mercedes C-Class?

To replace the license plate bulb on the Mercedes C-Class, open the trunk to access the rivets securing the inner trim. Once all rivets are removed, detach the inner trim from the trunk to access the underlying components. Disconnect the bulb from its connector and remove it from its housing. Then, connect the new bulb to the connector, insert it into its housing, and reposition the inner trim of the trunk.
