Today's guide will show you how to remove and replace the starter motor on the Mercedes A-Class. First, open the hood of the vehicle and disconnect both battery terminals; then, remove the screws securing the intake manifold, disconnecting the wiring to take it off, as shown in the video. At this point, you will also need to disconnect and remove the engine control unit; locate the starter motor at the bottom, where you will unscrew its bolts and disconnect the electrical connector to remove it and replace it with the new one!
