The cabin air filter in your Mercedes S-Class W220 (1999-2005) is undoubtedly one of the simplest components to replace on your own. First, park the car safely and move to the front passenger seat. Next, open the glove compartment and remove it completely.

At this point, locate the filter housing and remove the cover. Finally, simply replace the old air filter with the new one.
