In order to replace the windshield wiper motor of the Mercedes CLA, you need to loosen the screws that secure the wiper blades to their housing: once the blades and arms have been removed, it will be possible to completely detach the cover that is located at the base of the windshield and underneath which the motor is located. The mechanism can then be freed from its housing by unscrewing the screws that secure it and disconnecting the appropriate connectors; in this way, it will be possible to insert the new motor into its housing, installing the cover panel and the wiper blades.
