Hello, in this video we will see how to change the gearbox control unit on a Mercedes M-Class in the quickest and most practical way possible. First, remove the battery. Then, under the pedals inside the cabin, there is a black box, which is the control unit. It is located next to the pedals, behind a metal bar. I suggest extracting it for easier access. Disconnect it from its connectors. Take the new one and connect it to the existing connectors. Be careful how you position it. It should slot between the rail next to the pedals and the car's body. It's not that difficult, is it?
