In this tutorial, you will see how to replace the transmission control module in the Mercedes C-Class, a very simple and quick operation. First, make sure the key is not inserted.

Then, open the passenger door, go under the dashboard, and remove the separation panel by unscrewing the three bolts using a 10mm socket wrench. On the back of this panel, you will find the control unit, which can be removed by simply disconnecting the connectors and unscrewing the mounting screws.

To install the replacement, just follow the reverse procedure.
