How to Replace the Dipped Beam on Mercedes Vito

Ensure the vehicle is off and open the bonnet to access the engine bay. Locate the headlight and remove the plastic cover behind the headlight to access the bulb. Disconnect the connector of the dipped beam cable.

Lower the metal bracket that holds the bulb in place. Remove the old bulb, taking care not to touch the new bulb with bare hands.

Insert the new bulb of the correct type (usually an H7) and secure it in place with the metal bracket. Reconnect the dipped beam cable connector.

Refit the plastic cover behind the headlight. Turn on the lights to test the operation of the new dipped beam bulb.
