How to replace the high beam on a Mercedes Vito

Model: Mercedes Vito W639, MK 2 - Years 2003-2013
Part: Headlight

Make sure the vehicle is turned off and open the hood to access the engine compartment. Locate the headlight and remove the plastic cover behind the headlight to access the bulb. Disconnect the plug of the low beam light cable. Lower the metal bracket holding the bulb in place. Remove the old bulb, being careful not to touch the new bulb with bare hands. Insert the new bulb of the correct type (usually an H7) and secure it in place with the metal bracket. Reconnect the plug of the low beam light cable. Reassemble the plastic cover behind the headlight. Turn on the lights to test the operation of the new low beam bulb.
