All you need to replace the rear headlight bulb on a 2012 Mercedes M-Class is a bulb and a flat-head screwdriver. Start the replacement by opening the boot and inserting the flat-head screwdriver into the lower side of the access flap.

Open the flap and proceed to remove the bulb by pulling the connector outwards. Once the bulb is removed, insert the new one and connect the connector.

Finish by closing the access flap and testing the bulb by turning on the vehicle's lights.
