Replacement of the MAF sensor of the Mercedes C-Class W203

To replace the MAF sensor of the Mercedes C-Class, we open the engine hood, remove the front section of the engine cover, remove the two ducts leading to the air filter, disconnect the filter housing. We can see the sensor body at the intake of the fuel system. We release the locking ring surrounding it, disconnect the electrical connector with the help of a flathead screwdriver; release the metal clips holding it in place and remove it. Take the new sensor, double-check for compatibility, insert it into its seat by snapping the clips, connect the connector and reattach the locking ring. Position the filter housing, the two ducts, and the front covers.
