To reset the tire pressure light on a Mercedes E-Class, inflate the tires to the recommended pressure: this value is found on the sticker located on the driver’s door pillar. Once the tires are inflated, navigate through the menu that appears on the instrument cluster until you select "Tyre pressure": at this point, reset the light by pressing the OK button on the right side of the steering wheel.

After the reset is complete, you can turn off the instrument cluster.
