In this video, we see some useful tips for the MGZS. For example, if we have a dead battery, we can remove the end part of the handle and use the emergency key that is found in the remote control. By removing the hook, we can access the lock that allows us to open the door. We can start the car by placing the dead key in the backup position, which is in the central armrest, and pressing the start button normally. Another particular thing is that if we try to lift the wipers to clean or replace them, they hit against the body, scratching the paint. We need to position them in a way that allows us to work on them: turn on the dashboard, then turn it off and give a tap to the indicator lever so that the wipers rise vertically, making it easy to work on them. A tap downwards and they return to their position. To replace the remote control battery, simply divide it in two; reposition the hook and reassemble the remote control, and it's done.

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it.
