How to Change the Battery in the MG Hector Remote

In this video, see how easy it is to change the battery in the MG Hector remote. Open the key by removing the metal part from its casing. Then, use a small screwdriver or a coin to follow the joint of the two halves of the remote to open it easily without damaging it. Now, use the small screwdriver to remove the two equally small screws that secure the internal part of the remote: the part with the metal key contains the electronic circuit, while in the other part that we removed, you will find the battery, which you can pry out with the screwdriver. It is a common CR2032 battery that you can easily obtain. Replace it, making sure to position it with the correct polarity, reinsert the battery group, and tighten the two screws. Put the cover back on, and the job is complete.
