How to replace the battery of a Mini Cooper

In the video we can observe the steps to follow in order to replace the battery of a Mini Cooper car. Get into the car, pull the hood release lever and open it. At this point, locate the battery inside the engine compartment, remove the plastic cover placed above and around it, and then proceed to unscrew the fixing nut of the clamp with the negative pole; then proceed to disconnect the positive pole and finally, with a socket wrench, unscrew the nut of the bar at the base of the battery. Now you can remove the old battery and replace it; always remember that in this case you should first connect the clamp with the positive pole and then the one with the negative pole.
