Before starting, open the rear doors of your Mini Countryman to access the rear seat. Begin by pulling up the lever located under the rear seat.

This will release the seat. At this point, push the seat forward or backward as desired until you find the position that suits you best.

Once you have completed this step, release the lower release lever, and you will have successfully adjusted the rear seat of your Mini Countryman.
