To remove and replace the driver's airbag in a Mini, follow these steps: 1) Open the bonnet. 2) Disconnect the battery. 3) Locate the hole behind the steering wheel that secures the airbag to the wheel. 4) Insert a pin into the hole to unlock the spring holding the airbag in place. 5) Use a hook to disconnect the electrical connections inside the steering wheel. 6) Reinstall everything by pushing the airbag back into its place, ensuring to reconnect the electrical connections, including the previously disconnected battery. 7) Check that everything functions correctly and that no warning lights are illuminated.
