These short and simple steps will show us how to disassemble and replace the battery of the key remote for the Mitsubishi Outlander. First, let's take our remote and start by removing the physical key from inside it; then we pry open the two halves of the remote using the slot created to access the electronic board and the battery, as shown in the video. At this point, we remove the old battery and replace it with a new one of the correct type and with the same code; insert the battery in the correct direction and reassemble the remote!
