Replacement of Transmission Shaft Support on Mitsubishi L00

If you hear a noise coming from the central part of the vehicle, it is likely that the support bearing of the transmission shaft is damaged. To replace it, you must disassemble the shaft itself. Start by removing the fastening pins of the bearing support, then disconnect one end of the transmission shaft and slide it out along with the bearing. Place the shaft on a workbench, separate the universal joint, and then extract the front part of the bearing. Now, continue with the removal of the old bearing, insert the new one, and reassemble the affected portion of the shaft.
