Mitsubishi Outlander - Video tutorial

Model: Mitsubishi Outlander MK 2 - Years 2007-2012
Part: Drive shaft boot
Operation: Mitsubishi Outlander MK2 boot replacement

In today's video we will see how to remove and replace the front drive shaft boot on a second generation Mitsubishi Outlander. First we lift the car, removing the front wheel; then let's disconnect the suspension pin from the braking system, as shown in the video. At this point we also unscrew the axle shaft pin to release and remove it, using a socket wrench; once the drive shaft has been extracted, we can unscrew the screws of the clamps to remove the cap and replace it with the new one. Follow the video tutorial to the end for reassembly!

How do you adjust the clutch cable on the Kia Picanto?

To be able to adjust the clutch cable of the Kia Picanto you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components inside the engine compartment: in order to reach the cable you will need to remove some components on the right side, such as the battery and the air filter. Below them you will find the clutch cable, which will have to be adjusted by screwing or loosening the bolt placed at the end of the cable. This will make the pedal harder or softer; after the adjustment, it will be possible to assemble all the components by closing the hood.
