How to replace the battery of the Nissan Qashqai J11

The battery of the Nissan Qashqai model J11 is located inside the front hood in the right compartment. To replace it, you need to unscrew the support bar using a ratchet and a socket wrench with a 10 insert. After unscrewing the two support bolts and removing the bar, we can use a 10 wrench to remove the negative pole. Lift the red plastic cover and unscrew the positive pole. Then remove the battery and after cleaning the housing, connect the new battery to the positive terminal and then to the negative terminal. Screw the bolts on the bracket and close the front hood.

How to Open the Bonnet on the Lancia Y
