In this video, all the features of the electronic handbrake of the Nissan Qashqai J11 are explained to us. This type of handbrake automatically engages every time we turn off the vehicle. But what if we need to keep it in "neutral", perhaps to move it by hand? We can disengage it by following a simple procedure: we press the brake pedal, and at the same time lower the handbrake button.

The handbrake light has turned off and the vehicle is now in neutral; we confirm by also putting the gear in neutral. When the car is running, we do not want the handbrake to activate automatically.

What do we do? We press the brake pedal and at the same time press the handbrake button, and then turn off the car. This way the electronic handbrake is not enabled.
