How to Remove the Diesel Filter on Nissan Qashqai

Let's see how to replace the diesel filter on a Nissan Qashqai: lift the car on a column lift or suitable jack (if the filter is located underneath), locate the diesel filter. Using a large screwdriver, unscrew the screw that tightens (you can also use a socket) the metal clamp around the container (where the diesel filter is located). Once the filter is removed, take it out of the vehicle (replace it with a new filter). Finally, refit the filter to the attached container of the diesel filter (connect the hoses and cables) and tighten the appropriate bolts. Close the front bonnet last.
