What to Do If the Airbag Warning Light Comes On in the Nissan Note

In this video, we will see the procedure to reset the airbag warning light on a Nissan Note: insert the key and turn on the ignition, wait for the airbag light to temporarily turn off, then immediately turn off the ignition and count to three seconds. Turn the ignition back on and wait again for the light to turn off (this will take 5 to 6 seconds). Turn off the ignition again and wait another three seconds. Turn on for the last time and repeat: wait 5 to 6 seconds and turn off the ignition. Wait another three seconds and turn the ignition back on. The light should be off. However, be cautious; this light resets a false contact or a temporary error. If the light comes back on, the error is real (sensors, seat belts, connectors under the seats) and needs to be diagnosed with appropriate tools. Safety is paramount.
